Return Eligibility
At yluzarindhorxell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curtain purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, in accordance with applicable state and federal consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, your curtain products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Custom-made curtains may have different return policies, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Important: Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing original tags or packaging may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please include this number with your return shipment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refund Processing
After we receive your returned curtain products and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your curtains for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if the new item has a higher price.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective curtain products, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom-made curtains that have been specifically tailored to your measurements, clearance items, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a resident of certain states, you may have additional rights under state consumer protection laws. We comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding returns and refunds.
Warranty Information
All our curtain products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and will be provided with your purchase. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your return rights under this policy.
